This year the Belmont is being held at the tracks in Saratoga, so we wanted to celebrate with the namesake cocktail of Saratoga Springs.

Ingredients
1 oz Pinhook Straight Rye Whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz cognac
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
01. Add all ingredients save for the garnish to a mixing glass, add ice and stir.
02. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
