| .75 oz. | Bourbon |
| .25 oz. | Cassis |
| 1 dash | Peychaud's bitters |
| Prosecco or Cava, to taste | |
| 1 | Orange twist or strawberry, for garnish |
Instructions
| 01. | Mix all ingredients except Prosecco/Cava direcly into a champagne flute. |
| 02. | Top with Prosecco or Cava and garnish with an orange twist. |
