| 1 oz. | Cocchi Vermouth di Torino sweet vermouth |
| 3 dashes | Angostura bitters |

Instructions
| 01 | Combine sweet vermouth, bitters and rye in a mixing glass. |
| 02 | Add ice and stir until chilled, then strain into a coupe. |
| 03 | Garnish with cherry. |
