COCKTAIL SERIES
— Char No. 4
The more-fun ‘Arnold Palmer.’ Paying homage to professional golfer and Kentuckian, Kenny Perry, this refreshing cocktail was a staple at Brooklyn’s whiskey bar, Char No. 4. It was also the cocktail we sipped and poured all summer long.

Opened by Sean Josephs in 2008, Char No. 4 served as the birthplace and unofficial headquarters for what would become Pinhook. Three friends with complementary skills and passions shared many drinks and conversations, and it was at Char No. 4 where they laid the groundwork for their plans to ‘pinhook’ some aging barrels.
