The “Bourbonize” release has a warm, expansive palate with an enduring finish. Vanilla bean, caramel, and walnut mix with notes of roasted coffee bean and maple delivering a smooth and complex experience.
Through a partnership with Bourbon Lane Stable LLC, each unique, limited edition lot of Pinhook Bourbon will showcase one extraordinary thoroughbred’s journey. The bottle’s individually hand-written and letter-pressed label reveals the horse’s statistics and profile.
Pinhook’s sophomore batch of 2,180 bottles is paired with the Graded Stakes winner Bourbonize. Each subsequent lot of Pinhook will be dedicated to a signature thoroughbred’s story, resulting over time in a highly collectible stable of exquisite bottles—if the collector can resist drinking the contents.

The second release of Pinhook Bourbon is paired with Bourbonize, a son of Tiz Wonderful out of the Halo’s Image mare Brown Eyes.
Standing 16.1 hands with an imposing frame and temperament.
Bourbonize has career earnings of over $154,000, not bad for a $40,000 purchase price. He did all this while competing against the best horses of his generation. While already a stakes winner, 2015 holds many more chances for this talented gelding to improve his resume. The hand stippled label on the second release of Pinhook Bourbon shows Bourbonize breaking his maiden first time out at Churchill Downs.
